develop an integral art colony/retreat center in KENTUCKY

the plan is to purchase a large farm in kentucky and set up an artist colony and meditation retreat center...based around the interests and education of myself and my wife...it will include multi-media art studios, martial arts/yoga training facilities, meditation practice & dharma teachings by local and invited teachers, gardens, horses, ponds, etc...all in a simple farm/woodland setting in the rural kentucky in which we were raised...
