100 acre woods

we recently found 100 acres in kentucky...for the price of a small condo in L.A.
this may be the beginning of a plan that has been formulating for years...to set up a retreat center/artist colony which would follow an integral framework...
we've yet to visit the site...but from what we've heard and seen in photos...it is mostly woods with some open pasture & fields of clover...it's been primarily used for hunting so much wildlife abounds including deer and wild turkey...
there's a small pond and four small creeks...while one of the longest boundary lines of the property is a larger creek...
we're looking at this as a longterm project...with development taking place over the next ten years or so...this looks to be the start of a great adventure...a great art project!

That sounds amazing. Where in KY? I will be coming in to land in a few years in the Tri-State area of OH (where KY, WV, and OH) meet. It's about 75 acres. I've always wanted to turn it in to a meditation center. Maybe a sister retreat center could be in the works somewhere far down the line.

everything I am dreaming lately has come to fruition– it is exciting but scary sort of.
My land is near me, about 20 miles, and the purpose is for healers and artists to heal so that they can go back to their communities or circles and heal– revived. It has a spring that flows from the earth.
